Project Spotlight: "Monthly Coaching and Developmental Editing"

I'm excited to share an update on one of my ongoing developmental editing projects—a scholarly monograph on embodiment that I've been supporting from proposal to publication.

After helping my client secure a contract with Routledge in late 2024, one of academic publishing's most respected houses, I'm now working alongside her to refine the manuscript before final submission in August of this year. This collaborative process represents the deeply rewarding work that forms the heart of developmental editing: transforming complex scholarly ideas into accessible, impactful writing while preserving the author's unique voice and vision.

What makes this project particularly meaningful is the collaborative relationship that's developed over time. From the initial proposal stage through securing the contract and now into final manuscript preparation, I've had the privilege of supporting a scholar who is breaking new ground in the understanding of embodiment psychology.
