1:1 Publication Coaching
From Dissertation to Publication
Turn the research you've already done into published articles — and books. Personalized coaching with structure, accountability, and an editor who has walked the path.
Routledge author · 15+ years editing dissertations & scholarly books · Motivational Interviewing certified.
Your dissertation deserves more than a shelf.
You spent years on original research — and then the demands of life and work moved in before it ever reached the readers who need it. Publishing it feels like one more mountain, on top of everything else. It doesn't have to. The hardest part is already done. What's left is a process, and a guide who knows it.
This is for you if…
• You've finished (or nearly finished) your dissertation and want it published.
• You're a recent or early-career PhD, or a mid-career scholar returning to unpublished work.
• You write in transpersonal, spiritual, religious, or grief-related fields — or adjacent areas of psychology and the human sciences.
• You do your best work with structure, deadlines, and someone in your corner.
A clear path from defended to published
1. Map it. We start with a Publication Strategy Session: the strongest venues for your work, in what order, and what each will take.
2. Build it. In coaching, we turn chapters into submission-ready articles — or a book proposal — with developmental feedback and steady accountability.
3. Submit it. You leave each cycle with work that's actually in front of editors and reviewers — not still waiting.
Start with a Publication Strategy Session — $197
A focused 75-minute call plus a written Publication Pathway Map: the strongest target journals and presses for your work, in what order, and what each will take. Fully credited toward any package you book within 30 days — so it's risk-free if you continue.

An editor who has walked the path
I'm a Routledge author — my own scholarly book is in production — and I've spent 15+ years editing dissertations and academic books in transpersonal, spiritual, religious, and grief scholarship. I'm a special-issue editor at the International Journal of Transpersonal Studies, and I'm certified in Motivational Interviewing, which means I coach the writer as a whole person: meeting self-doubt and overwhelm with encouragement and a plan, not pressure.
