Thank you for submitting your manuscript for a free sample edit. We are delighted to assist you with your manuscript.

Next Steps:

  1. Free Sample Edit:
    Our team will provide you with a complimentary sample edit to showcase our editing style and attention to detail.

  2. Formal Proposal, Acceptance, & Contract:
    Along with the sample edit, we will send a formal copy editing proposal. This proposal will include a detailed quote for the full editing service, considering any applicable university discounts. We are proud to offer a 15% discount for students from universities we are partnered with. Once you review and accept the proposal, we will proceed by sending you an editing contract. To secure your spot on our editing calendar, a 10% downpayment is required at this stage. Once you're spot is secure, we'll send you a link to our client portal, where you can track the progress of your edit daily, and communicate with your editor. 

  3. Editing & Final Payment:
    After completing the editing process, we will deliver the edited manuscript to you. The remaining balance will be due upon your acceptance of the final edited work. We provide you with up to 3 rounds of editing support for any revisions required by you. We make many changes to your paper, but some require your attention because only you know the details of certain references, for example. We will mark any places that you need to adjust, and then we will edit your manuscript again to make sure these revisions did not introduce any new errors, up to 3 rounds.
